Is the name of the server workgroup the same as the user workgroup?
Action:
Check and see what the workgroup name is:
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Find' and select 'Computer...'. (The 'Find: Computer' dialog box appears.)
3) In the 'Named' box, type the exact name of the computer to be found.
4) Click 'Find Now'. (The 'Find: Computer' dialog box expands to display the search results in the 'Find' window.)
5) Right-click on the server object in the 'Find' window. (A pop-up menu appears.)
6) Select 'Properties' from the pop-up menu.
7) Note the workgroup name of the server.

9) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close'.
10) Right-click on 'Network Neighborhood'.
